Do you have questions? We are happy to help you.

Pluma makes space for selfcare in modern life. Premium bodywork in outstanding locations. Always tailored to your needs. Easy. Accessible. Feasible.

Where does the massage take place?

In our pluma locations. Calm, reduced, focused on the essentials. A place where you can let yourself go.

How often should I come?

That is decided in the process — and depends entirely on you. Some feel after the first treatment significant relief. Others need multiple sessions to solve deep-seated patterns. Your expert will accompany you and will fit the deep tissue massage to suit your needs. There is no fixed plan — only what is right for you.

Is the massage painful?

The intensity is medium to strong, and at times you may feel deep pressure or a pulling sensation – a sign that your muscles are working. But the pressure is always adapted to you. Your expert makes sure you feel comfortable. The goal is recovery, not pain. You set the pace.

Does it help with cellulite?

Your Deep Tissue Massage improves blood circulation and tissue elasticity. Skin texture and firmness can visibly improve, especially with regular sessions.

How long does the effect last?

Many people feel, right after their Massage , more mobility and relaxation. The deep effect can last for hours or days – sometimes longer. Regular sessions deepen the effect and help new, healthier patterns take hold. Your system learns to respond differently.

What is the difference from other massages?

Your Deep Tissue Massage works more deeply than classic relaxation massages. It reaches layers that superficial contact does not reach. The focus is on regenerating and resolving blockages, not just on relaxation. It is another form of body work — more powerful, more targeted, more sustainable.

In which cases should I avoid getting a massage?
