What you bring.
Your qualifications.
You are trained in professional bodywork. You work with presence, care, and precision. And you believe in professional touch.
Massage
Certified training or license in massage therapy e.g. wellness, sports, or medical massage.
Stretch
License or certification in movement or bodywork e.g. personal training, yoga, sports science, or physiotherapy.
Facework
Certified training in skincare, cosmetics, or facial treatments, combined with strong manual massage skills for the face.

Freelance Massage Therapist (self-employed)
Pluma is a premium studio for modern bodywork — massage, assisted stretch and facework. We believe professional bodywork deserves more recognition: not as a spa extra, but as a craft. That's why we build studios where experts work under the best conditions — and we're looking for self-employed massage therapists who want to practice their craft at the highest level, without worrying about rooms, scheduling or finding clients.
What you'll do
- One-on-one treatments in our studio: classic massage, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, sports, pregnancy or wellness massage — depending on your profile
- A short intake, treatments tailored to each client; we provide premium oils and equipment
- You work on your own account, with time slots you define yourself
What you bring
- Completed training or several years of professional experience in at least one massage technique
- High standards for quality, hygiene and a respectful, attentive way with clients
- Reliability and a love of working independently
- Self-employed status (you invoice your services)

- Full calendars without doing your own marketing: bookings, payments and client communication run through our platform
- Fair, transparent pay per treatment, paid out on time
- Flexible availability — you decide when and how much you work
